Called my cell, no message.
Tried calling back, but as soon as I dialed the 189 prefix after the 508 area code, I got the squeal and "We're sorry. Your call cannot be completed...."
I received a call from this number on both my home phone and cell phone. Didn't answer either call and no message was left on either line. I am assuming it's some telemarketer.
