Called my cell, no message.
Tried calling back, but as soon as I dialed the 189 prefix after the 508 area code, I got the squeal and "We're sorry. Your call cannot be completed...."

If you have charter hit *60 and follow instructions on how to block this number and they can never get the call to go through. Thats what I did, no more calls!
receive a call from this number on my cell just about every other day. never answered it and no message left. i'm on the do not call list, too. any ideas on how to stop these calls?
I live in Mass and this number calls me often. I answered and said "hello" twice and a voice said "good bye" and hung up. Tried calling back and call would not go through.
This sucks!!!!!!
