We got a call from this number today at 5t:30 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was UNKNOWN NAME. It was a robocall which left a partial message regarding a discount on Eversource Energy. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls), I heard two recordings. First "This call can be monitored or recorded," followed by in another voice "This number is currently unconfigured." It will be added to our call blocker.
Same as everyone else. Not sure if Blocking works if it's a spoofed number anyway.
The kicker? The next call on the Log after this one was a call from ME. It had my name and real home phone calling MYSELF from my Home Phone. Now that's pretty good if I can call myself from my home phone to my home phone. (I wasn't checking VOICE Mail)
