Collections Agency: Patrick Goodman Associates in Framingham, MA. Leaves messages that they are investigating a "fraud". Company answers phone as "Fraud Investigations". They want you to think they are a law enforcement agency -- they are NOT. Don't give them any information, they have no authority to investigate or charge you with anything. They're just another dirtbag collections agency.
I just got a call from PGA Group and I cant seem to find any internet information on them to find out if they are legit. They stated someone would be coming to my house to serve me with court papers unless I made a payment today....They also stated my wages would be garnished if I lost case...As a single mom I dont need my wages garnished. However, Im not sure its even my debt because payday loans are under so many names and I dont recognize the name as a loan I obtained....Please advise
These scammers have been calling me for months with that nonsense. They also call from 760-278-7334. I have asked that they stop calling multiple times, but they are clearly not respecting that request.
