I received 9 calls in an hour from this number.  I answered the tenth one and a friendly voiced girl was on the other end.  Before she could launch into her script I politely asked her to not call anymore.  She said she would remove my number.  I haven't had any further calls....so far.

Just called at 8pm at night and woke us up. Again.
