I keep getting calls from this 508-263-9010 but when I answer sometimes on the 1st ring, no one is there. I get the calls same time every day. I called back and heard "Power House Remodeling Group" recording, but I can't reach a human, just the machine. I just got another call at 9:30am, answered it quickly and heard a woman's voice saying "no one's there". Perhaps its a sheepish telemarketer w/cold feet but it's annoying me and my wife.
A salesman from Power Home Remodeling Group came to our house a year ago to give us a free estimate on windows. I told the company I was no longer interested as it was currently no on our priority list in regards to home repair and improvement. I would call them when that project moved up the list. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting calls. When I answer no one responds, nor do they leave messages. It is aggravating! I only know it is this group as I googled the number and have learned who is calling and that I am not the only person they are doing this too.
I made an appointment with the guys at my front door. That evening I checked them out online - horrible reviews and known for hard sell salesmen and overpriced work. I canceled the appointment as I determined this is not a company I want to do business with. Since then I get 1 or 2 calls a day from them, I finally blocked them with my phone. These people do not understand the words "not interested"
Nice to see other people have posted their experiences with these people. They stopped by last night (8/4/14) and asked if they could give a free quote on our windows. I tell one guy, "sure". We go over a time that would be good, all the particulars, then he calls his boss and we go through EVERYTHING again finally I said, "NO". I am glad I did. They have already called me cell today but did not leave a message. They will be visiting my neighbor tonight, this should be interesting.
Quite incorrect. The Power Home remodelers, ie roofing, siding, etc., do not comprehend the word "NO". They have continued to call me three and four times a week after telling them I prefered to contract my roofing job with a local NH family business. At that time their caller claimed they were local with an office in the Lowell, MA area. The office or call center is in Marlborough, MA and is only a satellite office of their main office in Pennsylvania.
No is NO Power!!! Three months and you still call just to aggravate your potential customers. Please shove it for your poor business practices that give all roofing and siding contractors a bad reputation.
