I contacted Comcast regarding this number as the caller ID stated it was Comcast. Knowing the way the world unfortunately works now I knew this wasn't Comcast as they call from an 800# or 888#. Comcast informed me that they have been getting a lot of calls regarding these calls and advised me to stay away as it is a scam and not Comcast!
Caller ID said Comcast but it wasn't the 800 number or 888 number. On top of that no VM was left. Whenever Comcast called before it was with their 800 number and they left messages
This number phoned 3 times in the last week and never left a message. Today, I picked up and the person was
trying to sell me a home security system supposedly from Comcast.
