Called no number called back and there was an auto attendant "Thank you for calling, Press 1 to Opt out "

Defiantly a scam. Tried to tell me a dealership warranty was no good. When I started to say I was not interested he immediately hung up.

This is a SCAM and tried to tell me that my warranty was expired on a vehicle I NEVER owned. I politely explained I do not own that vehicle and I am not interested in any warranty's. Person on the phone was rude, push, asking me a ton of questions, and when I did not give him the answer he wanted, he hung up.
