What is up with the hang ups when you ask for a repeat? Do they just think you're some deaf retiree too clueless to let the caller cheat you out of your money? If you're going to scam people, work on your effing enunciation, criminal.
Got a call about my Toyota Prius. Don't own one. Never owned a car. Don't drive and never had a license. When I laughed the caller hung up. I've blocked the number.
Received a call yesterday. Didn't answer, no message left. Looks like another annoying call about an extended vehicle warranty. I seem to be on a list for these types of calls as they arise periodically, go for a while and then disappear, only to happen all over again (from a different number).
Calls me every 8 days since 12/5/2016. Calling about extending warranty on my vehicle ("Just expired! Trying to contact you! Last chance!" yadda yadda) which went out of warranty over 3 years ago. Never worked with this company, they won't give any info not company name, location, nothing without signing you up first.
Called the number back and pressed '1' to be placed on do not call list - DOESN'T WORK! Still receiving calls in first week of 2017.
Suggest you just block the number rather than answer or press 1 to let them know you're a live person they can continue to harass.
