Robot female voice stating they can lower my credit card interest rate, but never names the credit card - Hung-up and blocked

Called yesterday no message after reading info here I will block the number thanks 800 notes!

They get call lists with all numbers listed and go down the rows calling numbers.  They are criminals and do not pay attention to the Do Not Call list.  If we could locate them, I am sure there are thousands of people who would like to take a shot at them!
