Keeps calling every 5 minutes I already have SOLAR enough!

I get a call everyday on my cell phone from this number - time to block it

Same phone # as everyone else 1-508-283-0281.  Asked how they got my # - said it's autodialed.  Not selling solar panels anymore, now it's "community energy" services whatever that means.  Said Candia Dawn was the owner of the company but google search only returns this informative site.  Consumers Union had a campaign to slow down these calls but I guess they weren't successful.
