Constant call, every day spammer

How do I block the call coming in on a land line?

I have blocked the number on my phone and yet it still came up again. Someone has to figure out who the heck this is.

Hey tough guy...lets not forget many elderly people are being targeted...they may not understand that this is a site not affiliated with the scammers that are calling them.  Take a stop out of your moms basement and relax.
