hello all! anyway this guy with a heavy indian accent named Alex Rodriguez says he;s from DFF or something says i owed money and to settle out of court just western union him 500 and my case would be taken care of he said that if i dont cooperate that i will lose my job and my whole life would be runion.He called me from this number #508-313-2174
I got 50 phone calls from these Arabic speaking people. They keep calling my phone. They state that I owe money, i never took out a loan and I told them that. They in returned told me that they are going to kill my family and [***] me up. They called many more times stating that they were going to come to my house and [***] me up and called me plenty of [***]. I never could get a clear answer about the law suit paper work they stated they had. I believe It is a scam. THEY REALLY NEED TO STOP CALLING!!!
The same thing has happened to me. They said i took out a loan through Cash Advance, they wanted me to pay them and not let this go to a court system. They told me that the money was put in my bank account, then they told me my bank couldn't get involed with the issue. Would not even talk to me about the supossed loan. Check my account and there was no record of it. After i talked to my bank i called him back, and confronted him of his scam, and then he told me i was going to be put in jail on three charges something about a federal banking law, check fruad, theft by delicance. He told me his name was { ALEX RODRIGUEZ}
