Yeah me too omg he scard the living hell out of me say i need to have a lawyer call him because i would be arrest by 11:00 and i oue 496.66 For a lone i never payed off he said he was from a law frim and used the name same tayler court officer and he keeping calling me saying i have till oct 1st 2012 topay them or i would be arrest and he kept calling and calling me it really feard me and then called me from a celler number so i blocked the number what tiped me off is that he wanted me to GO TO WALMART AND GET A GREEN DOC FOR 465.66 AND FAX IT TO MY FILE WELl HE EVEN HADE ME Send a fax with a letter saying i would pay the money that was due and he did not speak good english at alllll!!!!!!!""" so i dident know what to think i was scard big time and said i would have a warrent for my arrest yeah okay so i called my police office no warrents at all i have a clean recor yeah for me but i just wad really worried i have really bad health and my blood prusher was to the Sky i had a friend called the number it was busy and when you call a law firm you get the voice mail stayed it a law firm not a house phone so i know that it was a scam normly when you look a number up online it shows a bussin but i end up reading all you complaints thank goodness i dident send any cash to these ppl but it really scard me to the point ware i almost did he knew all about me all info my ssi money my name address celler number even my kids info so i wanted to look up the number online this is the number who called me 508 -313-8122 !!!!" Also he said i would go to jail for 30 days and 8000,000 bond and i need to just pay the money and he will take it off my recor wow i dident know ware to begain he was very nice i got played for a fool i was in tears about the hole thing and his english was very very bad all my friends kept telling me its a scam dont worrie about it but i really was because he knew too much about me pay 465.66 or go to jail at 11:00 ㏂ i pray and pray and this just happed last month and pay him by OCT 1st 2012 ,

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
