Caller said he was from Geek Squad & that I had a refund due but I had to be in front of a computer. They would refund the money to online banking. I believe it's a scam!
It is NOT GEEKS TECH it is a scam but if they are calling you they have infected your computer. You need to call the real geek people yourself and then they need to uninfect your computer. It cost me almost $700 to have them encrypt all of my files because my laptop was an absolute mess from the scam people
Oh and just a fiootnotr at all over the country Michigan Florida California Iowa they're everywhere and they insist that you sit down in front of your computer immediately like I said but not the real geek tech you need to reach out to geek and get them to fix whatever problems these people have already created
