Got a random text from this number stating that as a diabetic I need to contact them for testing. Number does not tie to a doctor's office and I am not a diabetic.....

Sat morning - just received text from this out of area number, that doctors office didn't get test results yet and I should call them. Scary part is that the name of doctors office and date of test was accurate. Will be calling doctors office first thing Monday.
