I got the same text and an email with the same info.  The link goes to a 404 page on aad.org American Academy of Dermatology.  The email was from [email protected]
The unsubscribe link was an error page at eclinicalweb.com
My CAN spam warning email bounced.

I'm thinking email and text spam and HIPAA violation.  I've never seen a dermatologist but I did have outpatient surgery there (MMG Surgery) 2 years ago.

spamcop pinpoints the abuse address as [email protected] for the email source.

Half or more of the doctors and clinics around here are now affiliated with MMG.  Have you been to an MMG affiliated provider in the last few years?

I just received the same text. The number is from The boating area, but I am not currently living there (and haven't been for the past 6 years).

I'm in Oklahoma and many doctor and clinics in this area are part of the MMG system  http://mmgonline.org/
