Called on my cell phone, left no message. I do not answer calls that I do not recognize or that do not give a name on caller id. I am on the do not call list, but that doesn't seem to matter. I get calls all day long on my cell phone, each one different, unknown and leave no message. Very annoying.
I have received numerous calls from this number, female recording "this is a call from a contracted agency from Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I just hang up.
