Called and tried to sell me an extended warranty on a car I no longer own. Said they received my information from Hyundai. Did not say what company they were calling from.
He said we're from the vehicle processing dept. is mr. XXX home? Who's calling? I said there's no such thing as a vehicle processing dept. what is the name of your company? He said that's a very good question. I'm only in training and you'll have to talk to my manager. Then puts me on hold for a while, then disconnects.
Caller ID just says unknown name. No message. Stays on line just long enough to leave dead air on answering machine, like the other 20 who call every day. So frustrating!
