Thanks for posting about this. I just received a call and there was no one on the line when I picked up. If they call again I'll be sure to enjoy making fun of him or else just not answer the phone.
called on 7-18 10:55 am. did not know phone number and let answering machine take over. Left no message. Call was from Linchris Hotel. Searching this number, it is something about lowering credit cards interest. I feel sure they are trying to get person info from you.
"Heather" from "Account Services" (they didn't mention a company name) with a "Final Notice" about lowering your "Credit Card" (they didn't mention a bank name or card type like Visa or MasterCard) interest rate.
Press 1 to connect to a "specialist" (scammer).
Press 2 to no longer receive notices. (I thought this was already a 'final notice')
lol this guy and his bs company is a joke. do not give any info they are a bunch of scammers looking for a way to take your money. guy cant speak English and keeps repeating his script to get you to give up info. once you question him he gets upset and agitated. loved putting him on speaker so my co-workers and friends can laugh at his expense. by the time the call was over he didn't know what to say just hung up. yes the number you call back says its not in service.
