Scam. I was trying to apply for a payday loan back in august but was unable to get one because i didn't have a checkings account. This is not the first call i received like this, these people are just trying to scare people into giving them money by saying they have a court order. Once you mention law enforcement they hang right up.
The carrier is bandwidth.com. I suggest you all flood bandwidth.com about complaints from this number. That is what I will be doing...the more the merrier...
report this @ : http://bandwidth.com/resources/legal/policy_violations.html and/or report to the FBI. This caller has used the word terrorist and threatened bodily harm to anyone who works in our building.
Right on..see http://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/paydayloanscam_120710 about this scam. just keep hanging up on them, or, if you've the time and are able, blow a whistle in their ear, or hit the * and # continually until they quit calling you.
