This number followed on the heels of a call from Wns North Amer
571-918-6490 which is in 800 notes - I think the number was spoofed from a real company.
Anyway...
Massachusetts comes up as the ID for 508-555-7692 which at one time might have been owned by a real person.
But it was bought up by the Russians... see this link:
