On 4/4 at 4:51pm EST I received a call from 508-598-0917 (Framingham, MA). When I picked up, there was silence on the other end and it hung up. This isn't the first time. Is there any way to block this number? It's getting very annoying.
Picked up silently; only static on the other end. Another site lists a variety of scams from this one: Electric bill scam, but also MEDICARE Fraud: Pain Medication calls & Back Brace Calls.
