I was called and told it was a legal issue and they wanted my fiances number. I told them i wasn't going to give them the number, but i would let her know they called and they gave me this nimber. My finace called and they said spaulding Co and she hung up.
They keep calling my moms phone i dont know how the man got the number because her phone is prepaid and unlisted. Hes very rude to her on the phone and tells her i have a pending lawsuit. Today he calls my house number i dont know how he got the number its not in my name and nobody knows my fiance's information. He said he was from Bradley law firm. For a master card and federal deleware. And that they hav . Been trying to get in touch with me. They said i owe money. They knew my address and they only refer to me by my first name. I said i havent had a credit card in years and its been paid off. Hes very rude and arguemenative on the phone saying his law firm is trying to decide whether to file a lawsuit against me. I told him i dont owe nothing my mom and i paid the card off years ago and i said i dont receive anything in the mailand he said so you want to be sued. So i said bring me to court then i dobt owe nothing and i hung up on him. I dont know how how hes getting any iinformation all our numbers are private and unlisted. I lloked the number up online because i was scammed thousands of dollars years ago and it pops up scams.
You might want to invest in call blocking. An app for cell phone, device for landline. Can't scam you if they can't reach you, right? I can tell you personally that if you start to block calls your number makes it to less, & less, scam lists. You'll never escape the robodialer, but you will get fewer calls from the (almost) alive Asian scammers.
