This number is fake, and the call back is a different number 1-413-241-5347. They are basically scammers trying to get your information so they can reduce your rate? Uh, huh......

Asked to talk to the person responsible for the National Grid bill. The caller ID contained this number and for text, just repeated this number. It was a woman with a stern voice. I didn't answer, but I was concerned enough to call National Grid NOT the number on caller ID. The lady there said it's an electricity supplier trying to get my business. Since they suppress the name on their caller ID, didn't identifier who they were, and were in violation of the DNC list, I have to assume that it is an untrustworthy business.
