This number is fake, and the call back is a different number 1-413-241-5347. They are basically scammers trying to get your information so they can reduce your rate? Uh, huh......

I have been receiving phone calls numerous times a day pertaining to electric rates. I have repeatedly told them that I am satisfied with my electric company and the rate that we have at this time. My husband is disabled with chronic cluster headaches and gets the discounted rate to begin with. It is frustrating and annoying that these companies do not heed to the "Do Not Call List" that they supposedly put you on. If it happens again I will call the FCC and take action.

We got a call from this number today at 10:21 am and didn't answer. The caller ID was BRIDGEWATER MA. The same voicemail message was left as deb1127 reported on 11 Apr 2017. Thanks to all who posted information about this number. It will be added to our call blocker.
