nuisance robocall with an automated machine that answers to voice prompts but is not actually a human answering! SCAM call doesn't identify themselves.
8:17PM call. Caller ID said "Worcester, MA" so we let it go to machine. Very low Male voice said 'Hello' three times - exactly the same; sounded like a recording. (Actually sounded almost like a frog ribbit-ing!) No other message left. Likely spam but unknown what angle they are attempting with this one. However, those that use interactive voice technology are often looking to record you saying 'yes' so that they can cut & paste your voice into a recording making it look like you are agreeing to pay for something. They 'get' you by placing (un)'authorized' charges on your phone bill, so you cannot even 'escape' them by not giving them your financial info. They already have your phone number and just use that against you.
