Who called from 5089521033

This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1155 hours.  It only rang twice.  Someone on whitepages.com reports that it's an (illegal) idiot-message selling solar panels.  Considering they're calling my phone illegally, that makes them scam artists.

I did not answer. No msg left.

Answered after two rings, they hung up.
