Look, people. Threatening call centers from India with security apparatus that only function within US borders ( local law enforcement, FBI, FTC, DA, IC3, CCC) isn't going to scare them. If you do something like, say, start a petition under Obama's 'we the people' pledge you CAN demand that our government involve Interpol ( which does scare them. Any time these diaper stains have called me and I've invoked Interpol they hang up fast. If they make terrorist threats ( many of these Amadad sh*t. Heads have threatened to rape, murder and bomb various American citizens families) record it and refer it to Homeland Security as well as Interpol. F*cking don't be passive and think our government is going to do all the work for you. GET PROACTIVE and use every legal apparatus to demand our government does something about this.
I received a very disturbing phone call at my place of employment on Friday, April 26 at approximately 4:45pm..threatening me with arrest and if I didn't pay them immediately with a Green Dot Card that I would be in serious trouble and would have to pay over $10,000.00 in attorney fees!! I started chuckling a bit and they became irate and rude..asking me 'why I was laughing' ..attempted to humiliate me in front of my co-workers, I had to place them on hold and go to a more private area. Michelle Williams (aka Who Knows) ordered me to get the money immediately!! She said she is going to call me back today...Received their call at 9:15am from Michelle Williams'..she asked me if I remembered her and I said yes that I just found out that she is scamming people and that she is a very rude individual. She then handed the phone over to aka Martin Smith' who attempted to tell me that they are not a scam. I became very upset and asked him some legal questions. He then became irate and started swearing with some very vulgar language towards woman and told me what he was going to do to me. Not going too much into detail but continued to sexually harass me until I would crack ..I didn't so he became even more irate. Finally he gave up and hung up. I could hear others laughing in the background as he continued yelling at me. This is crazy!!
This # keeps calling & they have threatened my daughter. She answered the call last week & an Indian man said he was going to go to our home, rape her & then slash her throat! I do not know how to get this # to stop calling & the police were not help whatsoever! What kind of people say something like this???
OK first. Let them know that you know their name isn't ( insert generic Anglo American sounding name here) call them Arun, Paramjeet, Jawahar and then let them know you know they are calling from Amandad ( city in India). Ask how their founder Khan is doing and what exactly happened to his convertible Mercedes Benz. Ask about their California connection Kiril Patel and then say something to the effect of ' oh, that's right. He has been in prison since 2012. Local law enforcement/agencies don't scare them but if you mention INTERPOL ( which does have transnational reach )THAT scares them. The first time they called I did all this and it was the last time they called.
Holly. I should have given you a few more tools/background to work with. If you do a Google search on 'Indian Pay Day' loan scams you will discover a wealth of info to use against them. Disgruntled ( meaning honest) ex employees who thought they had a legitimate job only to discover they were working for a criminal outfit have posted much ( through this I know that they primarily work out of Amandad in India ( after that it's Mumbai, Pune and one other city). I learned they had 53 boiler room ops, 7 of which were shut down after the FTC busted Kiril Patel was arrested in California. Through hackers I've learned the name of their founder ( khan) he comes from a nice middle class family but both he and his brother are involved in criminal enterprise ( brother got busted) and the founder of this scam had a nice convertible Mercedes that something irreparable happened to. If you start throwing personal info back at them they shut up and stop calling. One of these a holes tried an old Thugee threat ( Indian criminal gang from the 19th century) of cutting off my fingers ( goes by the pseudonym Ian Bishop) I told him if he wanted to try that I'll introduce him to my friends Mossberg and AK. He tucked tail quickly.
Oh, another thing you can do is jam up their phone lines. Spend a day signing them up for every annoying call back service you can think of...get really creative. I shut down one of their lines that way.
Hint: many of them go by the surname Brown, Black, Green, White. They seem to like colors as surnames. Start calling them officer 'Croyola' or cal in for officer Blue, Magenta, Yellow whatever that REALLY flustered them.
