Called at 8:30 am. Illegal. From Washington State ( 3 hours behind east coast ) so either they're up early or their computer is working overtime.No one there when answered. Caller I D said Affordable Payments. Just put them on the blocked call list. Next time they call it'll be 1/2 a ring and they get cut off.

Hung up before I could find out who called, perhaps detected call forwarding.  After reading these messages, number going on the block list.
