Got a call from this number, left a message: "Please call this emergency number 5093466038 immediately. Repeat please call this emergency number immediately" I didn't because if it was legitimate, they would have left more information other than this type of message.

I received an automated call from 509-346-6038 in the automated message a return number was provided. The number was identical to the number I received form the automated system. I returned the call and the phone was answered by an individual with a accent that I believe was Indian or middle east. My phone number is a company line and asked to be removed from the list since this was the 4th or 5th call I have received. He stated the IRS was looking for me and I then asked him for the name of the individual. He stated he was looking it up and paused for about a minute and then hung up. This is not a legitimate and they are phishing for information. Be very careful on the information you provide and ask them to provide you with a name at the very least. They should have this accessible if this is serious call.
Received a call from 509-346-6038 but I didn't answer, I let it go to voice mail. They left a message saying it was from the IRS and it was a final call regarding pending litigation. This is a phishing call. I'm sure if I called back they would have wanted personal information like a SSN. Anymore it seems it is just best to not answer the phone when it rings. I found if the caller never contacts a human being, eventually they quit calling.
This number called me at first I didn't answer. They then left a voicemail of an automated voice stating that the IRS is filing lawsuit against me and left a call back number that was identical to the one they called me from. When I foolishly called back a man with a strong accent answered. He first asked me for my name, then my phone number. Long story short, this is a scam! Do not provide them any personal info! I might've gave them too much!
