Fake IRS collection call -I see many people are getting the same call from 510 201 0058

I got the same call saying that it was Agent from the IRS stating that they have filed a lawsuit against me and have been trying to reach me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be calling from the IRS , telling me they had tried to contact me and that they had filed a lawsuit against me.   They asked me to call this number, which of course I did not!

Phoney robocall from phoney irs.can't believe the phoney number is still active 10 days later.

Scam - the IRS never uses any form of communication with a taxpayer except by US Mail.  And they don't sue, they audit.
