I Did not answer and they did not leave a message on my machine. Must be a "rotating" SCAM since others on here from last month said it involved lowering interest rates. Today my Caller ID stated "SURVEY".
Callec this number back from my private line, and got a recorded message stating "If you would like to be placed on our no call list, press..." . Another marketing/scam call.
