call at ~4 PM EDT was from East Bay "San Fransicko", I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Got a missed call from the # and when I called back said press 1 to list as do not call

Called from the area of eastern Bay Area San Francisco CA, cities in Alameda County (including the city of Oakland). No message, no voice mail?

Rec'd a call on my mobile phone from this #.  I did not recognize it and it was from San Fran CA, so I did not answer.

Called and I answered, no answer but the call lasted about 14 seconds until I hung up. I did a search on white pages and the number's owner is, 'unlisted for privacy reasons' Whatever that means. Still though, dodgy calls from an unknown number, probably a scam or telemarketer.
