Who called from 5102565827

I'm sick of these calls. When can they be made illegal?

Keeps calling our business, several times a day.  When I answer, there is no one there and they hang up on me.  Very annoying

I have been the victim of cybercrime stalker.  The cybercrime stalker had been harassing call every day at this number 510-256-5827 since 1/16 - 1/20/17 every min and every hour non-stop.  One of the employee of Mann Consulting IT on 282 Second St., 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA.  What the cybercrime stalker want from the victim is ATTENTION that's all wants from the victim.

I just got a call from this number asking if I were still the owner and telling me about my free subscription to some kind of electrical mechanical journal.  I asked to have my name removed and hung up on them.  Yay!  I like hanging up on them.

I've seen this number before as a source of solicitations. I think that the number is spoofed. No message left. Blocked.
