I noticed this phone call yesterday afternoon and I thought it was suspicious so I didn't answer it because I know of no one in the oakland/bay area. Unfortunately they didn't leave a message but thanks to this website I was able to figure out who was calling and the purpose of their call. I know not to answer in the future. Thanks so much.

I received a call today 5/29/2011 the ID is the same as above(OKLD MN-PD) however they are using a secondary number(1-925-406-4581). Please do not answer you do not want to become a victim of circumstance.
Thanks to all that posted info from this number. I received a call from the number on 6-2-11 but didn't recognized the the number. I live in the bay area and saw the Oakland PD and was stressed because my house had gotten broken into a couple of months ago. When I called back the number it said the mailbox was full. Something didn't seem right so went to the internet to look up number. Thanks to all who wrote in now I know.
