I believe this guy is a scam artist. He sends my business an email at least once a year (3x already this year) asking what is the scope of our work and that he wants to hire us. Then he says he is hearing impaired and recovering from lung cancer and currently in the hospital. He doesn't care about price just go fix it and he'll pay with credit card

Got an email to estimate roof repair via text or email. Says he's hearing impaired and in the hospital. Offered to send the address and would pay with credit card. We are screen printer. Didn't reply.
