They're not spammers. They're the (current) makers of Delphi and other pricey compilers and similar products. They sell to software developers, IT departments, etc. If they called you and you haven't bought (or at least expressed interest in) one of their $1000+ compilers, odds are that it was a wrong number. (And no, I don't work for them; just buy their software)
