Called my cell phone but didn't leave a message, which prompts me to automatically block that number from calling again.

Called my cell, didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice mail.  I called the number back and its just busy busy

Started out the conversation asking for Leslie.  When I told her "wrong number" she said maybe you can help me then proceeded to tell me she was with some breast cancer foundation I'd never heard of so I hung up.

Called my cell but didn't leave a message.  Number now blocked.

Scammer. Just block.
