Who called from 5123548932

Just received a call from Ms. Anderson at this number.  The line was very bad, she asked for me and I said this is her, the line started cracking and her voice got low.  I asked her again who she was and the line still was cracking and when I said who I can't hear you, she hung up.

They ask for my social and I just wanna know iglf this number is really irs

Answer: No. The IRS never, never, NEVER initiates contact via phone, text or e-mail, only snail mail.

Do be aware there is a scam going on and read my post above. They use spoofed numbers which can appear to be the real deal.
