Did they call multiple times? I too ignored the calls, but they called 10 times in 30 minutes

Nine times between noon & 6pm--no message.

Called 4 times in 8 minutes, no messages, answered the 5th time and something about energy cost to high in the area and wants to see if I live at a certain address.

They did not leave but they called 10 times in one day. Something to do with energy

They call a lot but I never answer. Today they have called 10 times in less then ten minutes. No voicemail, but I can't even use my phone because they won't stop calling!
