I received a call from impact mediation about a pay day loan that i took out in 2010. I know that i have taken out a few loans, i didn't take them serious. A week later i was served with a summons to appear. I know that i can't go to jail, but the county said that if i didn't pay my fees and not show up, i will be held contempt..And now i have a judgement in my name and ss..
Received a call from this number as well and was told that it was from 2012 payday loan. I did not have a payday loan from 2012. Told them to send me paperwork showing me the information and was immediately transferred to someone else that was wanting me to pay them money. I hung up. Really tired of this.
I am a former employee & this company is IN FACT a scam!!!! I would have ppl tell me they applied for a loan but never received the funds & when I check with mgmt yhey tell me they know just still collect if I can smh. 20th eyhave a million numbers for every state & when u call its ALL rputed back to the same office. So no matter what number they give you it'll go back to the same person. The names they call with are fake & we are told to create them on the first day of training. That should have been the first clue this was some bs. Idk how but the accounts/ppl we call they have the entire social not just the last 4 and thats what scares pplto think its real. The email & fax are FAKE & when they say they have offices all over the us but main office is in GA or ATL thats a lie the ONLY office is in GA... DECATUR GA TO BE EXACT! If you want to take legal action against these ppl the actual address is 3009 Rainbow Dr. Decatur GA 30034. The owners are Tarell Hunt Keith Redding *or Kenneth* & someone named mike. Management is Keoni, Annette, & Sharelle Williams. Office hours are from 9am-6pm M-Th & 9-5 on Fri 10-2pm on sat. Last week of the month called "close out" where they try to collect as much as possible, they stay late til 9pm. Hope this helps someone
