Just got a call today around 4:28 P saying they were from Municipal Services and rattled off the number so fast, I wasn't able to right it all down. Calls like these are sooooooooooooo annoying!!
Caught this before I had to hear a word. I didn't recognize the number, but it was my area code, plus I get a lot of incoming local phone calls related to my business. But when you say "Hello?", and there's a short pause of silence, followed by many people with foreign accents mumbling "English" to the best of their ability in the muted background, I generally will hang up. ~~~ You probly should too.
