There appears to be a law firm by that name in Austin, Texas, but from what I can find out (which isn't much), they deal in intellectual property litigation, not debt collection. I think someone is either spoofing their number or posing as them. A few other posters have indicated that this is the Municipal Services Bureau, which is an actual debt collector.
In any case, you will need to find out who is calling to send them a "not me" letter so that the calls will stop.

These scammers keep calling, using different phone numbers and names showing up on caller ID. This number and name is now at least the third different one, possibly the fourth. They are the scum of the earth ... I have never seen any of these lowlifes resort to this level of chicanery and deceit! They deserve to burn in hell fire!
