12:57 PM - disconnected on 1st ring, then blocked.

Caller ID = Survey

Recorded voice, "Hello, this is Heather from . . .", and that's where I hung up.
POS Heather now has a new phone number . . .

ID says not available, no msg

said it was irs

Caller ID said SURVEY................no message was left, I did not answer and now the new number is BLOCKED!!!!!!  I think we all have blocked their old numbers so they must call from all new one's.  If I do not recognice I do not answer and immediately block.  If we all do that, maybe we can cut them off.
