Spam/scam do not answer . "This is Joe with (scratches out purposefully) and I'm calling on a recorded line"

Because of the "yes" scams going in, where they record you saying yes,  I always say "I didn't understand who you are with?" And they ALWAYS hang up.

No message left when I didn't pick up and don't recognize number.  Probably scam spam

They call me about 10 times n I never answered so I tried to call back n it soiunds like it was busy.. So I hope they stop calling if not I bet they going to be calling until I answer. And it's only 10:18am.
