Just called my phone, left no message.

Called, left no message. From McDade, TX.  Have blocked.

This number calls and leaves no message.  From what I can gather from several sites it is one of those phishing calls saying they can help your credit although there is nothing wrong with your CC, we can help you increase your rating blah blah blah.  I would think they really want to get their paws on your real cc number.
