Good news folks. We have a new federal agency that was just established to handle criminal debt collectors. Please direct your browsers to http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
A man requested an employee who is either at another location or isn't with the company anymore; the directory gave little data. He claimed the call was in reference to business but wouldn't elaborate, then wanted to know what she did. I said that the company doesn't give out job titles, and he replied, "I didn't ask for a job title, I want to know what she does." I pointed out they were the same thing and that even if I had the information, I wouldn't divulge it. We performed the Useless Waste of Time Dance for a while, then he stated, "I'll try back later." I advised that my answer wouldn't be any different, but he repeated, "I'll try back later" before hanging up. I Googled the number on Caller ID and saw the magic words "debt collectors" from poster Hank. We've been getting a lot of those lately. If he returns, I'll tell him that the company doesn't accept that kind of call and to try his intended victim at home.
the person stated that he was kyle from act when I called back. I told him that he should not call here again if he did not have the correct information.
