This number has been texting me this morning about an item I have posted on Craigslist. He was asking me questions about the posting which I disclosed in the listing itself. He told me to send him my paypal information and when I told him I didn't have a paypal account, he told me to set one up and then send him my information. There are multiple feeds across the internet about this guy scamming people on items from prom dresses to cars. Stay away from him and if there is anything you can do to help someone track him down, please do!
I have an item for sale in the state of Texas. I received text messages from this number stating they wanted to purchase my item and wanted my Paypal information to pay the money so they could sent the item to a cousin overseas........They also wanted to know why I am selling it, where I bought it and if I have the receipt. When I asked them a few questions, they did not answer my questions and tried to take control again by telling me what I HAD to do. When I sent another question, they stopped responding. I am very unhappy this happened. I thought only SCAMS happened via email. Now I know, they happen via text as well. I am glad that I did not give them my Paypal information. I am blocking their number now. I specifically put my cell number to avoid getting scammed and spammed via email and then this crap happens?? What a shame. Has ANYONE else had this happen?
I got a text from this number for an item I have for sale on Craigslist. They wanted to know the reason I was selling it, the condition of the item, if I had the original box and receipt and my PayPal information. I replied back that I would only take cash in person and never heard anything back from them.
the same person texted me as well in a response to a craigslist add and said the same thing that it was for a cousin over seas and wanted to know if i had a receipt and The paypal [***] other stuff BEWARE

This number belongs to a fraud. I received the same message as isaac above. Number attempts to get your paypal information... he's not very good at his scheme ... still, beware.
