Just received a call from this number. The woman was very difficult to understand. She asked if we had a copy of our last electric bill from Duke. She said that she wanted to give us a rebate, but needed some numbers off the bill. If Duke wanted to give me a rebate, they would HAVE all the numbers!
This is the 3rd time I've gotten a call from this number they don't say anything. Whatever the name of the energy company, they're barking up the wrong tree because Hamilton has their own utilities and we'll never willingly change. The rates in Cincinnati are 1.35 times higher than Hamilton's and I doubt if this company's rates are any lower than Duke's.
